Chapter One of Cabrón is officially on hold. A sudden, mandatory shift in my day job location has completely wiped out the open downtime I relied on, making a weekly publishing schedule at the same caliber impossible right now.
While it pains me to pause, I don’t want to stop making long-form comics. To adapt to this much busier environment, I am leaning toward shelving Cabrón temporarily to focus on a smaller, more manageable project—likely something black-and-white or with minimal color—that actually fits my new daily routine.
This decision follows a brutal three-piece combo of life changes that recently hit all at once, taking a heavy toll on both my productivity and mental health. I’m still adjusting and mourning, but protecting my creative momentum is the priority.
I will share updates here as soon as the new project or an adjusted Cabrón schedule takes shape. Thank you for your patience and continued support!
